Peace be upon YOU! ;)
on the last 4th of Syawal 1432H,
my ex-classmates in Form 5 and i conducted a convoy from one house to another just like last year. :D
but the different between this year's convoy and the last year's is that, last year we traveled by bus and walking.
however, this year we traveled by cars!! while the guys traveled by motorcycles. no more walking down the street for like hours.

[p/s: sharing is caring part 3!]
this article was taken from one of the magazines at Rindha's house.
hihi~ walking with the eyes looking at the ground --- that's me!
now you know the meaning of my body language,, opppsy! :O
and that was our last stop,, we went back home at almost 8p.m.!
and know what? we got ANG POW at her house! :P

as you can see in these pictures, most of my friends did not live in luxurious houses.
they were not so rich,, they live their life in moderation.
but still! they could be so smart! even smarter than me. :')
hence, always bear in our mind, money does not promise everything!

that's all for now,,
 till then, chiow! :D

Syawal 1432H [2011]

السّلام عليكم
Peace be upon YOU! ;)
as i promised in the previous entry, here's the entry about my Hari Raya Aidilfitri a.k.a. Eid celebration this year![with family] :)
this year, my family and i celebrated the Eid here at our house. just like the year before.
hmm,, last year we couldn't went back to my father's hometown to celebrate the Eid because of me.
the Eid last year was so near to my trial SPM exams. :(
so i have to do loads of exercises that my teachers gave us before the holidays,, so that we'll be prepared for the big examinations.

while this year, the holidays was quite short.
my 2nd brother got only 3 days leave,, while my brother-in-law doesn't get any leave even for the first day of Syawal! :O
some more, my 1st brother together with his wife and children went back to his father-in-law's hometown in Pahang.

so here's the picture of me, my Mama, Moksu[aunt], my cousin, and my elder sister during the 1st of Syawal at my home. :)
*me and cousin
i still remember the atmosphere of the last year's Eid,, last year we celebrated the 1st of Syawal at my house too,,
but at that time,, Faheem was the only baby in the family,, while Aleena was still in her mum's tummy. :D
not long after that, on the 5th of Syawal 1431H,, finally Aleena was born! YEAHH~ :)
here's the last year's Eid pictures >>

however,, i miss celebrating Hari Raya at my father's hometown in Batu Pahat, Senggarang, Johor. :')
the atmosphere of 'Raya' at village is so so much different compared to Raya in KL.
in Johor, during the night of 1st Syawal, [means the night before Muslims perform 'Solat Hari Raya'] we would celebrate the night by visiting one house to another in a big group[usually with all of the extended family members], this activity is called as 'Marhaban'! :D
i'm not so sure whether there's other state in Malaysia do have this 'Marhaban' culture or not,, but i think it's only available in the state of Johor. :D
the pictures below was taken at my kampung's backyard during the Eid in 2009.
that was the last time i celebrate the Eid in Parit Saidi, Batu Pahat. :')
OMG! how i miss these moments. ;)
ohh,, one more thing, in KL we only have the option to use the electric LED lamp [atau nama glamour nya lampu lip lap] like in the picture below,,
unlike the 'lampu minyak tanah'[oil lamp] that we usually lighten up at kampung during Hari Raya. :(

okay okay,, back to the year 2011! haha~
during the night on the 1st of Syawal, my brother finally came back from Pahang with his wife and kids.
ohh Faheem and Aleena! i miss them already,,
unfortunately Faheem had fell asleep,,BUT! Aleena was awake. :D
and she tried so hard to wake her brother up!! yet she failed to. HAHAHAA~ naughty Aleena! ;P
and AGAIN! she tried, but still,, her brother kept on sleeping soundly. ;)

on the 3rd of Syawal, my family and i went to Mutiara Damansara,, our main target was the IKEA.
my 2nd brother would like to buy wall shelves, a chair, and a new wardrobe for his room.
however, i am the one who got a brand new clothes rack for my room instead. LOL!
and my brother didn't bought the wardrobe yet because he forgot to measure the area where he would like to put the wardrobe. ^^
while my father suddently met his old schoolmate in Sekolah Alam Shah at Ikea when the rest of my family were busy looking around.
and in a blink of the eye,, pufff~ my father suddently had gone from my eye sight. haha.
my dad told us then that his friend now had became a deputy vice-canselor at a private college.
and what amaze us was that he could still remember my father's full name. :D

afterwards we went to the Curve, we had dinner there at the Chomey Kelantanese Restaurant. :)
i ordered Laksam! my favourite Kelantanese dish. ;)
while my dad ordered 'Nasi Tumpang'. we never heard of this nasi,, so this it is[picture above]. :)
and the rest of my family members ordered 'Nasi Dagang' like always. :)
but for me, there's no other Nasi Dagang could challenge the deliciousness of my aunt's. ;)
night walking.

on the 6th of Syawal, we had KFC for lunch, and for dinner we had nasi dagang at my aunt's house. :PPP
there's no more Ketupat Nasi, Rendang, and Kuah Kacang that my father made. :(
and finally on the 7th of Syawal, i made Alfredo Portobello for lunch.
HAHAA~ suddently we became the "Italian celup" after a week of Eid. :P
and that's how i celebrate the Syawal this year with my family,,
that's all for now.
till then, tata~

Ramadhan 1432H. [2011]

السّلام عليكم
Peace be upon YOU readers! ;)
yeah i know. it has been quite some time i didn't update my blog.
so now it's time for me to do a so called 'summary' for what i've been passed through back in the fasting month. :)

okay, throughout the fasting month, i became a 'maid' in my house! LOL!
since my mum is a school teacher for the afternoon session, so she would come back home quite late, nearly to the breaking fast time.

so she said that i must cook at least a bowl of veggie every evening for the iftar meals.
for the rest of the dishes, like fish or chicken, she would bought it from the Bazaar Ramadhan.
so here's some sneak peek of the dishes that i cooked. ececee~ poyo!
okay, do you notice that all of the five bowls of veggies above just look the same?? LOL!
the only thing that differentiate one to another is just the type of the veggie used. ROFL!
and the must-have-ingredient in my dishes are surely the 'crab balls'.hahaa,,
carrot cake that i've cut into two for my family and my aunt's family.

 dadih. :)
 chocolate jelly. [in the making]

after getting bored of breaking fast at home for weeks, we finally iftar outside.
and the venue was at the Lanai Kijang Restaurant, Bank Negara,,
since my brother has worked at Bank Negara now, he's willing to pay the bill! theeeehee~ :D
the food and drinks at the restaurant is so so cheap compared to other restaurant because it has been subsidized. :)
towards the end of the fasting month, i went out iftar with my old friends, the friends that i met during primary school!
i never thought that i could gathered back many of my classmates back in the year 2002 until 2005 through Facebook by creating a group, with the help of a class picture of mine as my reference. :D
after planning for few days and creating an event invitation on Facebook,, many of my old classmates gave a positive respond by answering either "attending", "maybe" or "not attending".
and the day finally came and that was the first time in my life i'm going out iftar with friends. theeehee~

but what disappointing me was many of the girls and boys suddently said that they couldn't join us.
out of 10 girls that answered "attending",only one did really came. -,-"
so we asked Arif to made a prank calls to the girls and masquerade as Suhaimi.[one of our ex-classmate who's currently studying in France] telling that "i've just came back to Malaysia,,why don't you join us gathered? i miss you!" something like that,,so that they might believe and come to join us.HAHAHAA~
and yeahh! one of the prank call victims came with her lil' sister. :D
after Iftar, we went to the nearest arcade center and spent about half an hour there playing like little kids. :D
the five of us: Arif, Alif Fadhullah, Thalhah, me,and Fatin Amalina. :)

the next night, i went out for Iftar with my family at Cheng Ho restaurant, the Chinese-Muslim food restaurant! :D
as many people had known,, the owner of the restaurant is the Malaysian legendary rock singer, Amy Search. "pheewiit~"
during Ramadhan, the restaurant changed into the buffet concept restaurant. eat all you can! :D
Faheem was making some 'Boboiboy' actions in order to get attention from other people in the restaurant. haha. :P
 my little niece, Aleena! ;)
 my little nephew, Faheem! ;)
nenek secretly feed Faheem a bowl of ice cream while his parents were away! :O HAHA.
Faheem's aeroplane and the bill. :)
Faheem always afraid of cats! :P hihi~

i think that's all for now,,
later on insyaallah i'll update about my Syawal experience. :D
till then c ya!

a film for everyone, Aku Tak Bodoh 2010. :')

  السّلام عليكم
 Peace be upon YOU. :)
just now, while  i was browsing Youtube, suddently i came across with this video, the movie Aku Tak Bodoh! [i'm not stupid]
i've seen the trailer last year and find it quite interesting but i didn't have the opportunity to watch it.
so now after a year, i finally watch it! :D

i discovered that this film is an adaptation from the other film entitled "I Not Stupid Too".
i never seen that one yet,, i think i should! :P
the movie is packed with funny scenes and funny dialogues,,and even the sad one.
know what,, i accidentally cried while watching this. :')

the moment where i first shed a tear on my cheek was when the little boy in the film named Jefri said to his father "Jeff tak beli robot. Jeff cuma nak beli satu jam masa ayah, untuk datang konsert Jefri."and then he cried.

the second part i cried when the father of Sudin fell down the stairs while preventing his son from being beaten.
not long after that, even the tears on my cheeks wasn't dried yet,,there came another funny dialogue spoken by an old retarded lady "Saya hanya nak tengok kecekapan polis. Wah cepat sampai, bagus bagus! HiHiHiHi~"

and the last touchy part was when Sudin's father was dying and talked to Sudin's School Principal "Buang pelajar tak akan menyelesaikan masalah, tapi hanya akan menambahkan lagi masalah masalah sosial. Tak ada anak yang tak boleh diajar."

this is a must watch movie for parents, children, principals, teachers [especially discipline teachers], and the whole community.

just remember one thing, "Kalau selalu dipuji, bagi galakan, pasti berjaya!"

that's all for now, till then, happy watching! ;)
